Vintage Wedding for Two Old Souls

Two Old Souls

Tiffany and Jordan are what I would call a couple of  Old Souls – very cool, calm and collected. So many times you see couples and think “wow, they are really different! How does their relationship even work?” but when you meet these two vintage lovers, you will think they were cut from the same stone. During the whole wedding planning process, they were both so mild and even tempered. Simply being around them lowered my blood pressure! I can use some people like that in my life, can’t you?!

To every story there is a beginning. These two youngsters met while working together at Jimmy Johns, a sandwich delivery place. Freaky Fast Subs! You’ve heard their radio ads, right? Sorry, got sidetracked… When you think someone is cute and then you just happen to be with them everyday… it’s not too hard for some kind of affection to bloom. Affection soon turned into a beautiful relationship for these two.

A Unique Proposal

And we all know, first comes love, then comes marriage! This guy has such a sweet, vintage heart, appreciating all things from the past. Lucky for him, his soon to be bride does too. This was definitely a well thought out proposal that would touch Tiffany to the core. Jordan designed a cover for a vinyl record that had pictures of them on it and a playlist that were things they had done together as song titles. Her ring was inside the cover.  *Swoon* I love it when guys go the extra mile to not only impress with their proposal, but also strike a chord with the things their partner loves. Did you see what I did there? Chord! lol I make myself laugh.

Wedding Day!

Fast forward a little bit and now we are at their wedding! Can I just brag for a little bit? Well, brag AND share my opinion. Tiffany’s gown fit her and her vintage personality like a glove. From the vintage lace to the delicate cap sleeves, this gown looks as if it were truly designed for her. But wait, what’s that? It came from David’s Bridal?!? Yea, it did. Girls, I am shocked over and over again at how beautiful these gowns from David’s Bridal are. Their diverse selection impresses me time and time again.

If you’re not sure what style of gown you want, give David’s Bridal a try. Even if you choose to purchase a gown elsewhere, this place has enough variety that you can really see what types of gowns best fit your figure and your personality. Find the right one and you can look just like Tiffany did… like something straight out of a bridal magazine.

This delicate, vintage theme traveled through the entire wedding day, from the dresses, to the flowers to the bouquets to the photos themselves. Moving Mountains Photography has a very distinct style that adds a sweet, vintage feel to all of their work. It worked perfectly for their wedding day style.
